Creative Golf Management was formed in 1995 and has been involved in Construction, Design & Maintenance consulting on multiple new Golf Course projects both in Australia & throughout Asia.

After the construction phase was completed, Phil stayed on at Meadow Springs as Assistant Superintendent gaining qualifications in Turf Management for a further eight years.
After moving from Meadow Springs, Phil worked as a Golf Course Superintendent at two Metropolitan Golf Clubs in Perth until his career moved to Asia in 1995, when the opportunity was presented to him to oversee construction on a new Gary Player 18 hole project in Sumatera, Indonesia.
At this time Phil decided to form Creative Golf Management and provide his services as a consultant in the fast growing Asian Golf Course industry. This proved to be a good move as he stayed busy in Asia over the next 12 years providing his passion for shaping, and quality turf grass to many clients in four different countries.
Moving back to the Mandurah area in 2006, Phil continues to work in the industry as a fulltime Golf Course Superintendent and providing consulting and construction services both in Perth and Asia. Phil is married with two children attending school in the region.

Fuchun Resort Hangzhou China:

The 18 holes Gary Player designed Fuchen resort is a Golf Course of great natural beauty, Winding through a tea tree plantation at the foot of a large mountain range.

The project faced many challenges with constant flowing mountain streams through the course. Many required the construction of dams to hold the water flow as the Golf Course was built and underground drainage far below the playing surface of the fairways.

Creative Golf Management provided the shaping and grow – in programmes for this project.
